Mr. Bhasin has a strong amalgam of business, commercial, financial, legal and operations expertise built over 33 years of diverse exposure in banking, financial services, business process outsourcing
and legal process industries. He has worked in a range of leadership roles in multinational companies where he was responsible for delivering services to global clients across a range of industries. Mr. Bhasin has been involved in business management, operations, finance, human resources, banking, fund raising from Private Equity investors, shareholder agreements and acquisitions. He has also mentored leaders and high potential employees in both start-ups and established organizations.
Mr. Bhasin has worked in a multicultural environment with P&L responsibility leading large teams of up to 5,000 employees. He has hands-on experience in setting up large new projects that involved strategic thinking, planning and meticulous execution.
He is also involved with charity organizations which work in different initiatives resulting in tangible social impact.

Mr Kapoor has over 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, Taxation, Administration, Compliance, Real Estate development including construction and Procurement in senior leadership roles in diverse industries spanning Business Outsourcing, Legal Processing and Print Media. He has expansive experience in global organizations like UnitedLex Corporation and IBM.
In his role as CFO/Senior leader, Mr. Kapoor has successfully led top and bottom-line initiatives and inorganic growth through M&A. He has deep expertise and knowledge of fund-raising, pricing & contracting, stakeholder relations including partner management, commercial, administration, systems & processes, compliance and controls. He has also worked with start-ups, advising them on business plans, funding and operation management by supporting them in business transformation by way of turnarounds and revamp of systems & processes. He brings to the table cross-industry experience in creating and increasing productivity, efficiency, value and profitability.

Wg. Cdr. Bhupinder Singh has over 39 years of experience at management level across a range of industries with focus on real estate management covering procurement, property maintenance, facility construction and commercial negotiations. He is also well versed in general administration, security management and liaison with authorities.
His 21 years long experience in Indian Air Force has been in varied fields of challenges. He has handled new and old estate projects at various stages. He has worked in multiple fields across-industries with professional competency, strategical solutions and meticulous execution. His expert knowledge and rich experience in delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of customers gives him a unique edge.
He is oriented to charity by virtue of his work with the Indian Air Force Association and Marshal of Arjan Singh Trust.
